1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aartech Global ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals browsing or placing orders.

2. Wholesale Account

Our platform is intended for business-to-business (B2B) wholesale purchasing. By creating an account, you confirm that you are representing a legitimate business entity. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products. Individual consumer purchases are not supported.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp with our sales team. Orders are not binding until confirmed by Aartech Global in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be communicated upon order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Product Availability and Pricing

Product availability and pricing displayed on the platform are indicative and subject to change. Volume pricing tiers are applied automatically based on quantity. We do not guarantee that all displayed products are in stock at the time of order. Stock levels are updated regularly but may not reflect real-time availability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are determined at the time of order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Aartech Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final unless products are received damaged or defective. Claims for damaged or defective goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Aartech Global and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aartech Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
